Flower Turbines are able to begin spinning at a wind speed of just 1.6 miles per hour/0.7 meters per second (industry standard is 6.7 miles per hour/ 3 meters per second). If you were to place our Flower Turbines next to the average competitor in 3 meters per second wind, our large model Tulip will already be producing 30 Watts of electricity as the competition is beginning to rotate.
Our carefully crafted design of the Tulip is so aerodynamically efficient that it is actually able to take the wind entering the turbine (from the left, with a cross-section of the blades in the middle), hit one blade, reverse its direction, and point toward the second blade at a higher speed than the initial wind outside.
preventing the small wind sector from heading toward the trillion-dollar mark:
Our solution features:
In the animation, light blue is faster wind than the blue wind. As the turbine rotates, it sends faster currents of air to its sides, which make a turbine placed next to it produce more energy.
Flower Turbines feature a cluster effect that causes one turbine to make its neighbor perform better by creating wind channels to its sides. This allows for a higher density of turbines and energy generation per square foot. Five clustered turbines provide 228% more energy than five separate turbines.
This is a huge advantage for Flower Turbines in places where space is limited—close to people, buildings, and parking lots.
And it accompanies solar beautifully, because using both together means energy during more of a daily and seasonal cycle, thereby saving on costly battery storage.
The growth of e-bikes is limited by the charging infrastructure. We see the market of electric vehicles on-grid and off-grid charging for bikes and devices as one of our large future markets in addition to selling the turbines for grid electricity. We already have a synergistic product line of on and off-grid e-bike chargers, some of which are powered by our wind turbines.
Flower Turbines was chosen as one of the top 45 inventions in the history of Israel (the technology was developed there before incorporation in the US). Our already strong IP portfolio with multiple patents granted and pending in multiple countries mostly in aerodynamics is about to be enhanced by game-changing patents in small wind turbine electronics.

Our goal is to provide 5% of electric power in most major markets within the next 20 years – a significant objective, designed to have a significant impact.
Founder and CEO, Dr. Farb, a leader in renewable energy technology, Here is a link to him speaking at the US Congress. Dr. Farb was also featured on CBS's Innovation Nation.
COO in the US: Warren Stoll, who has developed companies and exited to companies like Microsoft.
Robert Winters has a background in management, logistics, and sales in the Netherlands.
Irakli Baitish is a graduate of the Technion and a teacher of the engineering software Catia. He has a company, A-B Engineering, and he specializes in designing aerodynamics products for lower-cost manufacturing and works with Flower Turbines as a Consultant.
And a great staff of engineers, consultants, and marketers.
The goal of this fourth round of funding is to make us profitable and improve our critical mass in the US market as we've done in Europe where we already have increasing sales and a large sales pipeline.
